From the time I contacted Drew, till the work was done by Zach, everything went very smoothly. Drew came out to look over the house and gave me a bid at a reasonable price. Zach completed the job on time and everything looked great. I had the roof blown off, gutters cleaned and brightened, siding washed, windows washed and driveway power washed. It’s obvious that Rose City Softwash takes pride in the work they do. I was completely satisfied and plan to use them again.

Drew and his crew were terrific! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had “rust” or mineral stains on our stucco retaining walls and they applied a cleaner that removed the stains without being too aggressive on the stucco.

Aerial did a wonderful job! Our graffiti was BAD, covered almost 100 yards of fence, and some of it had been there for years. But in one day he came and got rid of all of it, you couldn't tell it had ever been there! Imma have to restain the fence but given it looks brand new and I feared the worst, I'm certainly not complaining!

Zach and Drew at Rose City Softwash did an excellent job on my house exterior. I live on a busy street, so road grime builds up on the siding and windows. Plus, my house is 130 years old, with original siding that heavy pressure washing may damage. And the house is 2.5 stories tall, with a steep roof, so let's just say I don't give my gutters the attention that I should. Rose City cleaned my siding, gutters, and window exteriors. Everything was sparkly clean when they were done and they were very careful with the paint and my plants. They also gave me good instructions for how to prep my drafty old windows to minimize leaking during the spraying. I will use them again and I feel confident recommending them.

I was impressed by how well Drew listened to our concerns when he came to do the estimate. Then when Zack came to do the cleaning, he was professional and thorough. I was very pleased that the concerns we discussed with Drew during the estimate visit were all communicated to Zack who came to do the work so we did not have to repeat anything, the cleaning process went smoothly and just how we wanted it to be done. I would recommend Rose City Softwash for any house washing, window cleaning, and gutter emptying needs.

Excellent service, exceptional attention to detail, and above-and-beyond communication. Drew and his team did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of a home I just purchased that (badly) needed a clean. He was very responsive and respectful to all my special requests. I was particularly concerned about water intrusion into the old stucco siding. Drew dutifully documented and sent me photos of small cracks / areas that needed attention throughout. It was a great value added. I will continue using him for all my soft wash needs in the future.

Drew was highly professional and fun to work with as he did the estimate. Zach did the work efficiently and was easy to work with. My driveway and patio and windows look great!
